ojpk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ojpk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ojpk website located at ojpk.org, including all services, games, promotions, and features available therein. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ojpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email address on file, but this does not create an obligation on our part to guarantee that such notification is received.

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the ojpk platform you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of Bangladesh or be accessing the platform from Bangladesh; (c) provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration; (d) not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ojpk or any of its affiliated partners, game providers, or payment processors.

ojpk operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under any alias, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. We use automated and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts.

2. Account Verification (KYC)

ojpk is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. By registering an account you consent to providing the following documentation upon request:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account (screenshot of the registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account number matching your registered mobile number).
• A photograph or scan of the front and back of any payment card used (if applicable).
• Such additional documentation as ojpk in its reasonable discretion considers necessary for compliance purposes.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the time frame specified by ojpk may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until such time as verification is completed to ojpk's reasonable satisfaction.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

ojpk accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ojpk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ojpk bears no responsibility.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and full refund of the deposited amount to the originating payment account.
• ojpk reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds are held in a ring-fenced account separate from ojpk operational funds to protect player balances.
• ojpk does not provide credit or allow play on negative balances. You may only wager funds that are currently available in your account balance.

4. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. ojpk reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits per transaction and per day, which will be communicated to players via the Finance / Wallet section of the Platform.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and that have been used to make at least one qualifying deposit to your ojpk account. This anti-money-laundering requirement ensures that funds are returned via the same channel through which they were deposited, where technically feasible. First-time withdrawals will require completed KYC verification before processing.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ojpk offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player per household per promotion period unless otherwise stated.
• ojpk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player qualifying for it.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirement, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• If ojpk determines that a player has been abusing the bonus system (for example, by registering multiple accounts, placing low-risk offsetting bets, or systematically exploiting promotional offers), ojpk may void all bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom and close the account.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6. Responsible Gaming

ojpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes all reasonable measures to prevent problem gambling and to protect vulnerable players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard after login, including:

The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately upon being set.
• Session time reminders that alert you when a specified period of continuous play has been reached.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ojpk platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ojpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ojpk. Unauthorised use of ojpk intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ojpk's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. ojpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

• Unavailability of games or services due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or network outages.
• Losses arising from your own gaming decisions, including wagering strategies, bet sizing, or game selection.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, or any bank.
• Any loss, damage, or liability arising from your breach of these Terms or from your violation of any applicable law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ojpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or where ojpk is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance (i.e., funds not subject to an incomplete wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A player may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the ojpk support team via the email address [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds, and any bonus balance remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ojpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes but is not limited to:

• Registration information including your name, date of birth, and mobile number.
• Transaction records including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method references.
• Device and session data including IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type.
• Gaming activity data including game history, bet amounts, session durations, and responsible gaming tool usage.

Data is retained for a minimum of five years following account closure for compliance and anti-money-laundering record-keeping purposes. 11. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your ojpk account, a game result, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you should contact the ojpk support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint, your account details, and any supporting evidence. ojpk will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

Game results on ojpk are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems provided by our licensed game providers. In the event of a dispute concerning a game outcome, the records maintained by the game provider's servers shall be the definitive source of truth. ojpk's decision on any dispute, once issued following the full complaints procedure, shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Bangladesh law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services in the jurisdiction in which ojpk operates. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 11 above.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be deemed deleted. Such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms and conditions referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ojpk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

No failure or delay by ojpk in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. No waiver by ojpk of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

15. Updates to These Terms

ojpk will post any revised version of these Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — for example, changes to deposit limits, withdrawal procedures, bonus wagering requirements, or the complaints process — ojpk will make reasonable efforts to inform registered players via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms.
